Delete Your ScoreX AI Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your ScoreX AI account and all associated data using either method below.
Option 1: Delete from within the app (instant)
- Open ScoreX AI on your device
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Your account and data are removed within seconds.
Option 2: Request deletion via email
If you can no longer access the app or prefer not to use it, send us an email and we'll process your deletion within 72 hours.
In your email, please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- A confirmation that you understand the deletion is permanent
What gets deleted
When we process your deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account credentials and profile
- Your prediction history
- Your social interactions and any user-generated content
- Your subscription records on our side
What we may retain
We may keep limited information for legal and operational reasons:
- Anonymized usage statistics (no longer linked to you)
- Transaction records as required by tax and consumer protection laws
- Information we are legally required to keep for fraud prevention

Active subscription?
Deleting your account does not cancel an active Pro subscription. To cancel, open the Google Play Store app → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ScoreX AI → Cancel subscription.
