Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App" or "Apps") developed by Roselife Tech ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our Apps
• Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in our Apps
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our Apps

3. User Accounts

Some of our Apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use our Apps. By using our Apps, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Content

If our Apps allow you to create, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting User Content through our Apps, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Apps.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our Apps offer in-app purchases or subscription plans. All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to that store's terms and conditions.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free trials: If a free trial is offered, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Managing your subscription: You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Deleting your account in the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel through your app store separately.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you in advance of any price changes through the app or via email. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Refunds: Refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable app store. Roselife Tech does not process refunds directly except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to our Apps, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Roselife Tech. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services that you use.

8. Disclaimers

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roselife Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of our Apps, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roselife Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our Apps or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Apps after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Roselife Tech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
