Account & Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data from our applications.
Fastest Way: Delete from Within the App
If you still have access to the app, the quickest way is to delete your account directly from inside it:
- 1Open the app and go to Profile (or Settings)
- 2Tap Delete Account
- 3Confirm the deletion
Your account and associated data are removed immediately.
If you cannot access the app, use the email method below.
Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
Use the form below to send us a deletion request. Clicking "Send Request" will open your email app with a pre-filled message — just review and send.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- •Account profile information (name, email, username)
- •User-generated content and preferences
- •Usage history and activity logs
- •Any other personally identifiable information stored in our systems
Data Retention
Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request in the following cases:
- •Data required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, accounting, or fraud prevention)
- •Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you
- •Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription on Google Play or the App Store. You must cancel your subscription separately to stop future charges:
On Android (Google Play):
Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel subscription.
On iOS (App Store):
Open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel subscription.
We recommend canceling any active subscription before deleting your account.
Processing Timeline
- •In-app deletion: Immediate
- •Email request: Acknowledged within 48 hours, completed within 72 hours in most cases
- •Exceptional cases: Up to 30 days where additional verification is needed (we will contact you if this applies)
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
